PG&Js Dog Park Bar in the Highlands serves up some cocktails while providing a closed-off park your dog can roam. Owner Gina Nobles said she got inspiration from a similar bar concept in Austin, Texas. The PG&J stands for the names of her dogs: Paco, Ginnie, and J. Roddy.
